Vegan Carrot Walnut Muff-ins

Mix: 2 Sticks Soy Marge
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 t. Vanilla

Blend with: 1 box Silky Tofu
1/2 Cup Pineapple
3/4 Cup Soy Milk
2 Cup Grated Carrots
1/2 Cup Walnuts

Then add: 1 T. Sifted Baking Soda
1 t. Vanilla
a wee pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg
4 Cup flour

Bake at the Universal Temperature of 350° for about 15 minutes.

Devour!
