Lemon Tahini
1 C. Tahini
3/4 C. Lemon Juice
1 t. Garlic
1 1/2 T. Ginger
1/8 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Tamari
1 1/2 T. Maple Syrup
Mix everything in a big metal bowl. Add enough hot water to make it creamy, you may need to add more hot water after it has chilled.
